Perelandra Records — Tide

Posted on August 8th, 2012

A new compilation album Tide was just released over at the recently-established netlabel Perelandra Records. The label's interests particularly fall under chipmusic, progressive, experimental, a list of dance electronic genres, electro-acoustic and the infusion of rock and jazz with any of the aforementioned genres. It is definitely worth checking these guys out and keeping an eye on their catalogue.

Here's what Perelandra speaks about Tide:

"As the first compilation release from Perelandra Records, Tide displays an eclectic arrangement of electronic music from artists around the globe. With each song a different form of expression rises and falls into the next. All blending the traditional methods and instruments with the nontraditional; Acoustic with electronic; Analog with digital. The object of Tide (and Perelandra Records) is to show the diversity of today's electronic musicians. These are talented, dedicated artists with the desire to communicate deep, powerful messages and meaning via their music."

The album is available for free download from label's Bandcamp. The download also includes a free liner notes e-book, with insights about each song from the artists themselves.
